On my visit to Dr Babak Daneshmand there was no fuss or rush but just a case of a methodical and professional approach that encompassed information / questions and any further explanation: The whole procedure was carried-out with a complete sense of efficient control that made the patient relaxed and comfortable: A thoroughly experienced and pleasant man: The process could not have been bettered.

Dr. Babak stated the required conditions etc ( albeit parrot fashion) and gave excellent service Nurse Sally was also efficient and pleasant Amazing NHS service - on time - efficient - well organised. If asked for any criticism i can only mention the 4 -10 weeks to await results. If there is a medical reason for this ( growing cultures etc) please ignore this. However it just seems such a shame after such speedy/efficient attention the long delay is disappointing.

He was easy to talk to, informative and reassuring. He explained what the procedure involved and what he would happen during it. Also what would happen to the lump after it was removed. During the procedure he kept me informed of what was happening and how it was going. He asked how I was doing and if there was any pain. Making sure I wasn't feeling uncomfortable in any way. After the procedure he explained the aftercare and what I needed to do to look after the wound and stitches. For an unpleasant thing to be done the doctor and nurse made it as comfortable and relaxed as they possibly could.
